I made this yesterday and I thought it would be another good one to come post for you guys… Veggies are good for us and we should eat a lot every day. The thing is that after a while, they become boring and we are often out of imagination how to serv them. I hope you will enjoy this quick and simple recipe ![]()

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
1/2 – Zucchini
1/2 – Orange Pepper
1/2 – Green Onion
2 tsp – Sesame Seeds
1 to 2 tbsp – Sesame Oil
1/2 tsp – Onion Powder
1 tsp – Minced Dry Garlic
1 tbsp – Soy Sauce
*********

Cut the Veggies in thin slices (in this shape the veggies will grilled easier and it also look pretty in your plate
)

…Don’t forget to be naughty for the camera looking at you along the way
It only make the job funner ![]()

When the Wok is hot enough, put the sesame seed inside to made them burn and grill.

When the Sesame seeds are starting to be a bit more yellow, add the Green Onion that have been chopped in mini pieces

The first reason why I have choose to use dry garlic instead of fresh one, is the taste… I find the fresh garlic in this specific situation is too often over powering the natural taste of the veggies and it’s not fun. The dry will add a crunch and a mini spicy taste without killing the whole taste ![]()

Add your sliced veggies and let grilled for a couple of minutes…

Add the Sesame Oil and stir the veggies to make sure everything mix perfectly. Let it grill for more minutes…

Add Salt and Pepper at your taste

Add a bit of onion powder on top of the veggies

Time to add the Soy Sauce, stir and let grill till the veggies start changing color and have a bit of soft burn marks on the sides…

There u go
Serve it on a bed of rice and enjoy
That day I made some chicken nuggets because I was lazy… Try to be more creative than me
It can go with a lot of things and I would actually be curious to know witch what other meal did you match it
Come post your pictures in the comment section!

those look really good. i don’t have any pictures, but i would match them up with a nice piece of grilled chicken or steak. i’d say fish, but i’m not really a seafood person lol. i’d have some roasted potatoes as well. now i’m all hungry lol

Comment by 1094513 on July 24, 2011 at 10:27 pmI, myself used to believe that all my cooking abilities were reducewd to hot-dogs however I found a few days ago that I can make some hamburgers really good and tasty and that they were not venewmous, the proof is that I am still alive
you may ask ‘if you rarely cook, then when there’s nobody else around, how do you manage?’ well, that’s easy, most of the food I consume I buy it already done, life is easy, humankind likes (don’t know why) to make it look as complicated
I’ve been working in some ‘alien tracking device’. you know it’s a waste of time and effort to search the whole universe looking for some other planet with life, when attached to a telescope, the device simply redirects the lens pointing to where the aliens are. took a couple of peeks, it’s really crazy out there
That looks so good I’m a vegetarian so I’m always looking for good meatless meals to make you should make webisodes of you cooking good veggie meals.
